It's time to clear some things up.
We are in the midst of a conversation about how to distinguish legitimate political criticism from anti-Jewish discrimination. It's important to understand the difference between holding an opinion and targeting an entire people.
Criticism of a government is not the same as hate. But when the views or actions of some are used to justify hostility toward an entire group, that's discrimination. And when that group is Jews, it's Jew-hatred.
It doesn't matter how you dress, where you stand politically, or whether you have ever set foot in Israel. If you are harassed or attacked because you are Jewish, that's not a political statement. That's Jew-hatred, plain and simple.
What we are seeing today is not spontaneous outrage. It is people using the current situation as a pretext to act on long-standing, deep-seated hatred of Jews. It's not new, but it is more open, more violent, and more dangerous than it's been in decades.
That's why we cannot stay silent. That's why we organize, educate, and take action. Our communities deserve to live in safety and dignity—free from scapegoating, free from violence, free from Jew-hatred.
Activism in Action!
On Tuesday, June 24, Debra Cooper, Chief of Digital Activism for the #EndJewHatred movement, testified before the House Judiciary Committee about the alarming rise in anti-Jewish hate infiltrating America's schools, streets, and policies.
Debra's commitment to the fight against Jew-hatred, particularly in education, is unmatched. Her extraordinary passion and depth of knowledge made for compelling, urgent testimony that brought this issue to the national stage.
Her testimony was a call to action for lawmakers and community leaders alike: to recognize the threat, to confront it, and to take real, meaningful steps to protect Jewish students, families, and communities.

Over the weekend, #EndJewHatred activists in Royal Oak, MI, gathered to honor the lives of Jewish children murdered or forever scarred on October 7, and to stand in solidarity with the Persian youth killed by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The gathering served as both a memorial and a powerful reminder of the cost of silence in the face of Jew-hatred, and the role we all must play in confronting it.

From Capitol Hill to local communities, these moments are part of the same fight: to make the truth impossible to ignore. The victims of October 7 were not random. They were targeted because they were Jews. Honoring them means naming the hate that killed them and refusing to let it take root in our own backyards.
#EndJewHatred activists continue to stand boldly, educate fearlessly, and make it clear: Jew-hatred has no place in our society.

#EndJewHatred in Education
The K-12 fight needs all hands on deck! If we don't change hate in education, there is no future! #EndJewHatred is going full force ahead in regard to taking targeted, on the ground, strategic action nationwide.
If you are a leader in the K-12 arena (a grassroots group leader, admin, school board trustee or possible future school board trustee, involved parent, curriculum writer etc), please send an email with your name, location and area of expertise to michelle@endjewhatred.com. We are forming an advisory committee which will be the first step in this campaign!

We will be tapping into our local chapters to mobilize at BOE meetings, curricula development and more, and if you already have groups doing this in your own area, let's join forces to strategize and learn from one another.
This is a huge battle, and together we can unite and make change!
