Polygon Is Now a U.S.-Regulated Payments Business With Completion of Coinme Acquisition

Moving money onchain matters when it connects to the accounts and payment systems people already use. Dollars need a way in, and your customers need a way to hold and receive money in fiat.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Polygon Labs has completed its acquisition of Coinme.

This is a huge step for Polygon. We’ve spent years building infrastructure that moves money onchain. Now Polygon has more of what it takes to support the whole payment. With one integration, payments teams can connect dollar payins, wallets, routing, and payouts instead of managing each handoff separately.

Tazapay, Mesh, Toku, and Kira are among the first customers adopting Polygon Open Money Stack for business payments, account funding, payroll, and dollar access.
