🤝 Ripple Labs acquires Standard Custody & Trust Company

Ripple Labs has struck a deal to acquire Standard Custody & Trust Company.

The purchase of the trust will allow the company to offer more internal services, including those related to the tokenization of assets.

The deal is pending approval from the New York Department of Financial Services.
