I’m writing today with a very simple ask: help us show up in force.

On Tuesday, September 8 at 6:00 PM in New York City, The Lawfare Project and our grassroots civil rights movement, #EndJewHatred, are bringing people together for our USA, Not DSA rally—a major public stand against the normalization of extremism, Jew hatred, and ideologies that have no place in our city or our country.

And whether or not you can physically stand beside us that evening, you can help put someone else there.

Producing a rally of this scale is enormously expensive. We are trying to have buses bring activists into the city. Security. Permits. Sound. Staging. Signs. Printing. Video. Photography. Outreach. Staff. Speakers. Travel. And the infrastructure required to turn hundreds of individual voices into something powerful enough to be heard.

That is why I’m asking every person reading this to consider giving just $36 today.

$36 may feel like a small gift. Collectively, it is anything but.

It helps us fill another bus. Print another stack of signs. Reach another community. Bring another activist into New York. Capture and distribute the footage that allows a two-hour rally to reach hundreds of thousands of people afterward.

And, of course, $36 is twice chai—twice 18, the Jewish number associated with life. So perhaps there’s a little mazel in there too.

The larger point is this: we cannot merely lament what is happening. We have to organize against it.

Our legal team fights Jew hatred in courtrooms. #EndJewHatred mobilizes people in the streets and gives ordinary people the tools to become activists themselves. These rallies are part of that continuum—and every time we demonstrate that people are willing to stand up publicly, visibly, and unapologetically, we make the next mobilization stronger.
